48 Contiguous United States

Altwork accepts returns within 30 days of order receipt for customers in the 48 contiguous United States. Customers are responsible for return shipping, which will be charged at a flat rate of $595. Outbound shipping charges and third-party professional assembly charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original packaging and free from damage or wear. If the purchaser does not retain the original boxes, a charge of $240 plus shipping will apply to obtain new packaging.

Once the return is received, an inspection will be conducted, and deductions may be made from the refund for any damage or wear to the item.

Outside the Contiguous United States
