PRESS RELEASE: ALTWORK STATION PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN ENDS JULY 29

Last Chance for Pre-Order Pricing of Revolutionary Workstation

SAN FRANCISCO – July 7, 2016 – Altwork, creators of the Altwork Station, the ultimate workstation for high-intensity computer users, is ending their pre-order campaign on July 29th, with first shipments to begin in August/September. Underscoring the demand from professionals in many disciplines to find a new way to work, many of the world’s foremost adopters of advanced workplace technology have already become Altwork customers, including some of the world’s largest tech companies. Until July 29th, pre-order customers can save $2000 off list price on the purchase of an Altwork Standard or Signature Station. Businesses and individual customers can pre-order the Altwork Station now at: http://altwork.com/purchase/.

“Since launching Altwork last October, we’ve been humbled by the incredible response from customers, investors, the media, and the public,” said Che Voigt, CEO and a founder of Altwork. “The excitement we see reinforces what science indicates — that a stressed body impedes a creative mind. By providing movement throughout the day in continuous comfort, we believe the Altwork Station can help improve productivity for people who use their computer as their primary professional tool.”

Designed for high-intensity computer users such as software developers, CAD engineers, animators, and financial traders, among many other professions, the Altwork Station offers a new way to work for people who spend many hours at their computer. These professionals are constantly challenged to remain productive as they shift back and forth between sitting, standing, and collaborating while working.

Two versions of the Altwork Station available:

Using a simple integrated keypad, the Altwork Station uses patented technology to effortlessly transform from a standing desk, to a traditional task chair, and then allows you to recline into a ‘focus’ position, so that you may concentrate on complex tasks for longer periods of time. All this while the keyboard, mouse, and monitor move seamlessly with your body at the press of a button.

Designed and built in Sonoma County, California, the Altwork Station is an integrated sit-stand-collaborate-focus workstation crafted from globally sourced, sustainable materials. Built-in casters allow for easy open office movement and impromptu collaboration. Accessories including a side table, laptop mount, and dual monitor mount are also available at www.altwork.com at pre-order discounted prices.

The Altwork Station will begin shipping in August/September. The first shipments are the Signature Series to the SF Bay Area. Altwork expects to complete U.S. pre-order shipments by the end of 2016. International shipments are planned for 2017.
